Still thinking about the same juxtaposition. One thing I'm thinking about is how the light passes through the trees and casts these anamorphic shadows on the concrete surface.
I'm interested in what's happening between the juxtaposition of the trees and the concrete solids making up the edge of the existing cemetery. A couple drawings of my first attempts to explore this condition.
Esther Stocker. I love everything about what she's doing. I feel like some of her techniques are totally relevant to what we're trying to do with the 'drodels.'
